Dr's appt. today***update tues. am**
I was in and out of there today thank G-D!!! I was falling asleep in the waiting room. Anyway, sonogram went well. There is one BIG follicle...either the other two didnt mature or the big one was hiding them. The dr said she was VERY surprised I didnt get my surge today and that I will probably ovulate tomorrow. She asked how I was doing with the meds and I told her about my acne and hot flashes... but she said it is good I am not getting crazy mood swings because a lot of women do. My lining was 10 and apparently anything over 7 is good.
So now we wait.. and I guess I should BD tonight...wish me luck!
**update**
YAY I got my happy face when I woke up this morning. Even though we dtd last night I attacked DH this morning too!!! Should we BD again tonight, tomorrow am?!?!?!

I would BD as much as possible. I asked my doc about that after my IUI and her response was "as much as possible this weekend" (IUI was on a friday)

I read online that only mature sperm will be released so I think since DH has no known sperm issues (he has an SA fri just in case) we will BD again tonight
