Drugstore Foundation rave
I normally wear a Sephora sold foundation, but had no time to run there last week. So I took my chances and went to check out Duane Reade.
I bought L'oreal Visible Lift Smooth Absolute foundation and I have to say is WOW! This is such a great foundation.
I have gotten so many compliments about how my skin looks flawless and smooth.
I love the brush that you apply it with. I use the beauty blender (just purchased this as well and LOVE!!!) to blend everything into place.
If you're looking for a back up foundation when you can't get your more pricey one, I recomend this one. Although, I think I will use this more often then my MUFHD foundation.

This...it really evens out your make-up and it doesn't absorb all your foundation like other sponge applicators do.

You can get it at Sephora or online.
I have the fakey version if it from TJ Maxx but I really dont like it. I may be using it wrong but I dont feel like it gives enough coverage because the dampness thins out the foundation.

Oh it's damp? If so I won't like it.... damp sponges always ruin my makeup!

The key is to blot with it not pull - if that makes sense. I looked at some youtube videos.
So it blends it all in nice and even. I hate those make up sponges, because they always absorb so much of the foundation and I feel like I am pulling it across my face to get coverage. This isn't like that.

Wow- you like that better than the MUFE HD? That's my current favorite (I had strayed to Lancome for a while.)
You can also ge tthe Beauty Blender in the fnacier Duane Reades that the the Look Boutique in them.
You wet it & squeeze it out, so it expands, but it isn't really wet. Then you sort of of bounce or roll it. I actually use it to apply & then nothing really needs to be blended.

I don't know if I like it better then MUFHD, but I like that I found something that can measure up to my normal foundation for less.
This week I've alternated between the two, depends on which one I grab I
