Dry, Cracked Heels
What do you ladies use for your dry, cracked heels?
Once I break out the flip flops my heels get so dry and crack and they are so rough to the touch.

At night, I put aquaphor on my heels and sleep in a pair of socks. It usually fixes my heels in a few days.

I do this as well.
When my feet are really dry, I warm a little olive oil in the microwave and put it in plastic bags and put my feet it them for a half hour or so. THEN I do the aquaphor/sock routine. I know it sounds ridiculous but it really works.

PedEgg once a week, coarse file every other day, a brown sugar and olive oil scrub as needed, and Vaseline at night with socks.

I use a pumice stone in the shower twice a week - it works wonders! At night, I put on lots of lotion and socks so that they're extra soft.
