Dry face skin on newborns
my DD is 1 month and 1/2 and her poor little cheeks have been very dry and irritated latley. It's kind of looks like it could be baby acne. I am scared to put anything on it - our Ped said it is normal and will go away on its own...it looks so uncomfortable - i feel so bad. Anyone has any suggestions to help it clear up?

Try using Johnson's Baby Shampoo on her face.

I second aquafor. DD had dry skin on her cheeks last week, and I put aquafor on right before bed, and it was better in the morning!

DS had bad dry skin and baby acne. I used Aveno for baby skin that also says good for excema. It cleared it all up. I even started using it on his cradle capish flaky scalp and it cleared all that up too!
