DS has started green veggies...

So far he's had peas and green beans. What's next. I was talking about spinach with one of my girlfriends and she said that they don't sell it in jars or even regular spinach that you cook yourself because of the ecoli breakout. Is this true?

does it matter when giving new foods to do all veggies first? I've been trying out new fruits and veggies.
