DS hasn't had a wet diaper since yesterday morning **UPDATE**
DS is 6 weeks today. He has reflux and spits up....ALOT. This past weekend he projectiled a couple of times, but he was ok afterwards...didn't cry really. He either went to sleep afterwards or was just kinda chilled out. But, I think because he spit up so much, he didn't actually digest much. Should I call the dr about his lack of wet diapers or is one day not so much to worry about? (They know about his spitting up alot)
Thing is, last night he slept 7 hours straight. He BF right before bed and when he woke up I changed him as I do normally before I fed him again and his diaper was dry....after 7 hours. That bothered me a bit. What do you guys think? Give it today or call my dr when they open? Like I said, he seems his normal self otherwise...
UPDATE-- So, the dr doesn't seem too concerned. DS doesn't have a fever and he's acting normal otherwise. She just said to keep monitoring the situation and to call back this afternonn if he still doesn't have a wet diaper. I just changed him before i called and his diaper was a TINY BIT WET....I think, (it's so hard to tell if they don't soak it, ya know?). She said to try and feed him more often today, even if he doesn't seem to be hungry so I'll do that as well.

I would def. call the dr. My son would projectile vomit ALL the time, but he still had wet diapers. The dr told me to make sure that he had wet diapers.

Call your ped. We had some vomiting recently and my doc told me if he didn't have a wet diaper for 24 hours I should be concerned and bring him in for them to take a look at him.
