DS rolled around for the first time and ...
I missed it...
I was at my moms and she's got the gym mat there. So I laid him on his stomach and then I turned around to do something and 10 minutes later he's on his back. I asked my mom and dad who turned him over but they both said they never turned him around. So I was like "holy cow he did it on his own"...
I don't know how often he'll do it. Today I laid him on my bed on his stomach but he didn't turn. He did lift his butt up though.

I guess your parents missed it too. I am sure he will do it again soon. Hopefully you won't miss it next time.

Well, you probably would've felt worse if your parents had seen it and you hadn't, so at least nobody saw it!  It will happen again before you know it!

don't you knbow he planned it that way? he's *perfecting* his roll still and wanted you to know he is working on it -but not ready yet for his debut!!

My son did the same thing, I left for a second to get the camera (because I'm obsessed with taking pics) and he was on his back, now he is doing it all of the time.

he will, it's amazing how they can change and learn new things in just days
