DS woke up screaming his little head off!!!
OMG...I feel so bad for him. At 1:15am he just woke up screaming his head off! He always sleeps through the night without a peep, so this is totally not normal for him. He has been slightly congested so I thought maybe his nose was stuffed but when I went to clear it out with the boogy sucker nothing came out. So, I tried a bottle and he took 6ounces! Now he is laying in his crib and I see his poor little eyes looking around on the monitor. I hate that he can't tell me what's wrong. Growth spurt? Not feeling well? Combination of both? I wish I could fix it for my little man

Re: DS woke up screaming his little head off!!!
when DS got his bottom teeth he went through a growth spurt and teething at the same time!
so it could be either... poor little guy!
i will say, though, that the only time DS has woken up really upset is when he is teething.

Since he has a cold my first thought is ear infection. That is the only time my DS really did that at that age. Hopefully not, but that is where my brain goes first. Hope he gets some rest today.

oh Krista, maybe teething or ear infection. Check how his day goes and see if continues to show signs of discomfort etc For what I hear sometimes there are no specific signs on ear infections ie fever etc
I use Humprey's for teething.

Im going to agree with the teething/ear infection theory. Abby woke up yesterday doing the same thing and she has one.

well, we took DS to the dr. last night to get checked out and he dosen't have an ear infection. He slept much better the last 2 nights but is still congested. I'm chalking it up to a small cold and teething.

Yeah I think so. His first took cut through about 2 weeks ago. So, I'm thinking that another took is coming in.
