DSLR ?: Shooting in a darkened restaurant: Manual Settings?

Hi!

Happy holidays to all! I was hoping that someone with knowledge of manual dslr settings could help me out.

I'm holding a large family party in a restaurant tonight. It will be fairly dark with holiday lighting, candles, and a fireplace.

What would you suggest the best settings are for this type of condition?

We'll probably go see the tree afterwards.

I have a Nikon d60 if that helps.

Thanks!

I'd like to know this too. Every time I have tried to shoot in these settings I end up with blurs. Chat Icon
