DSW shoe return - UPDATE
Just wondering if anyone knows.
I have a pair of shoes I want to return to DSW today. I bought 2 pairs originally. One was $50 and the other was $60. I want to return the $60 pair. I also used a $25 rewards cert. when I bought them. Are they going to give me the full $60 for the shoes back or $35 (apply the full reward cert to the pair Im returning?)

They'll probably take the percentage of what your return is to the the total you had originally spent and then apply that to the $25.

They will give you back the amount you paid - $35. You can't get the certificate back

Solution: Return them without the receipt and get a credit... not like you'll NEVER need/want another pair of shoes.. and you'll have $60 towards em

Ok, I LOVE LOVE LOVE DSW!!! Turns out they took the WHOLE thing back and let me keep my $25 reward cert to apply to my $50 paid of shoes! It was so cool. Im one happy DSW shopper!
