It is. She is the Countess of Wessex.
On a side note I understand that Camilla goes by Dutchess of Cornwall out of respect, but it does irk me that when peole address her such as yahoo they use that title. She IS HRH The Princess of Wales. I just feel like it's important to not forget that is her "big" title. It's so confusing on all the titles and how they get them and how they use them. Like when Charles is King she WILL be Queen even if she doesn't go by that, just as Prince Phillip is King. They are/would be Queen Consort and Phillip is King Consort.

This maybe true, and nothing against you or how you feel, but thinking of Camilla as the Princess of Wales makes me want to throw up. I just can't even stomach that after Diana's death and the fact that he had that ongoing affair for years with her. Blech! Again, nothing against you and you make a good point and all, just how I feel in my heart. 
Kate looks sensational, by the way, perfect length for the skirt!

Prince Philip is not King, his title is Prince Consort.

Prince Philip is not King, his title is Prince Consort.
I stand corrected, but actually in 1957 Queen Elizabeth made him Prince of the United Kingdom and has never titled him as Prince or King Consort. I was just trying to show that there are other titles we don't hear of. Like Prince Phillip goes by Duke of Edenwhatever just like Camilla goes by Dutchess. It just bothers me when news outlets don't acknowledge her title of HRH. I understand why and she was wise to take a stand ground, but how many people do you think assume she is NOT HRH Princess of Wales and that Diana still is. I can tell you I know a lot.

Everyone refers to Prince Philip as Prince Phillip, but he is also known as the Duke of Edinburgh. They all have long long long names that go back generations.
I think Camilla looks great here, during the Jubilee weekend, in Prince Philips absence, she was by the Queen's side for every event, she looked lovely and seems a very nice woman. The whole thing is really sad, these are people who have so little choice as to how they have to live their lives, so now its so nice that they can make their own choices etc. I am a reluctant Royalist, but I do love all the pomp and circumstance around the Royal Family.

I agree on the Camilla thing.
It was an unfortunate situation for everyone but I think it's really wonderful that she and Charles get to live 'happily ever after' in the end. She seems very nice and Prince William and Prince Harry seem to adore her. I don't really get why people harbor such a deep resentment towards her.

Everything could change when Charles is King though. He may make her Queen Consort. I would not doubt that the Queen made the above statement, but as King he could do whatever he wanted.
The only point I was trying to make is that she is more then a Dutchess, and enough time has passed we should also remember she will be married to the King of England sooner rather then later. I understand the loyalty to Diana, I do, but it was not my marriage and there are 3, in this case, 4 sides to every story. I also wouldn't be suprised if Prince Andrew and Fergie remarried when Charles is King, or should I say King George the IV as he has said he may go by.

That will never happen, she is constantly in trouble with the Royal Family for doing something dirty and underhanded or immoral. She is pretty much excommunicado with the rest of the family, and the public do not like her.

Is was my understanding the Queen did NOT give Camilla the title of Princess of Wales out of respect for Princess Diana.
She was given her other title once marrying Charles.
Just like the Queen did not give Duchess Katherine the title of Princess since she was a not a noble by birth.
