I must be the odd one out but I really don't get all the hoopla over her. I think she dresses well, she always looks nicely put together, and she's not bad looking............but I don't think she's the most beautiful creature to grace the earth the way some people do. I actually think she looks a little old in the face given her age.

Talking of the christening, Kate told a guest, "He was such a good boy actually. We're very lucky, he's not always like that."

I love her! She is charismatic, pretty, smart, has grace, and elegance to her! Yes, she looks a little tired but she is a mother to a newborn who sounds to be a fussy one. I am sure she would love to fit sleep into her schedule instead of making these appearances.

I'm not being harsh at all and my comment actually has nothing to do with the fact that she recently had a baby. Since she's been in the public eye I've thought she looks older in the face, that's all. She just never looked very youthful to me.
Again, I'm not saying she's awful looking by any means...........I just don't get how in awe people are of her. She's just average looking but has the good fortune to have a lot of money to dress very well which goes a long way.

I always love the way she dresses and she has amazing hair. But she isn't a "stunner". I think she carries herself well and with grace which makes her more attractive too. But she isn't the prettiest woman or even model quality. But her grace and kindness make her look beautiful.

i'm a big fan of hers... but i completely understand what you mean. i think this is why so many people like her... because she can be so "normal," well, as normal as a royal can be.
i don't get the appeal of a lot of people who are favorites around here. it's ok, we still love you guys

Beautiful as always! I love her!!
To me she is the epitome of what class is about. She dresses well (and its not always in top designer clothes, so money has nothing to do with the way she looks), she does her own hair and make-up, she is the girl next door in my eyes.
Also, she looks like the type of person that if you bumped into her in the supermarket, she would talk to you, not look down at you.
She may not be 'Hollywood beautiful' to a lot of people, but I think for most she is beautiful because of how down to earth she is.
As for the 'old in the face' comment - I have friends who are younger than me thatlook a lot older than me.They work out so much and are skin and bones, or tan to much or just have bad genes.
I just think we are use to seeing celebrities look like they are flawless at 40 - when in reality its all cosmetics and surgery. She is what most of us on here look like after having had kids and not sleeping anymore

Look, I think she's fabulous. She is always elegant and gracious and ut together beautifully - but she's been groomed for this for YEARS!
And she's married to a PRINCE for God's sake. Do you honestly think this woman doesn't have a FULL STAFF to attend to her every need?
No one's being harsh by saying she's 'not THAT amazing looking' -
I happen to agree, that she's not the most stunning creature I've ever seen. I do think she's beautiful in a 'you look like someone I'd hang out with" kind of way - But I think that's her appeal. She is genuinely likeabela b/c she seems to be a normal person. She does her own makeup and doesn't wear 6" stilletos to leave the hospital with her baby and she's polite and graceful and elegant ........but she's also royalty. Don't be naive, she's NOT your 'average' woman !!!
