Dull pressure ache! normal?

I'm 8w4d, had 3rd sono today. First one with new OB, everything looked great. HB, measurements all great. But now I have some mild cramping, more like pressure at the very lowest part of my stomach...a little above where my hairline would be (sorry tmi). No bleeding, no sharp pain....is this normal? I was PG with DS 4 yrs ago and I don't remember if I had this or not. I'm a little bit ;o) of a nervous nellie after 2 very early losses. What are your thoughts? Could it be from internal?

It wouldn't necessarily say it hurts, but its just an annoying pressure. I did have a pap so maybe that combined with the internal. Thank you QT!

I've had pressure/cramps, aches, etc. - the doc says its all growing pains and hormones.
