DUMB QUESTION OF THE DAY....
You think I would know, but I have no idea....solids isn't baby food, right? - its people (as in adults) food???
I always see the posts but have no idea....
(So I can say we feed Samantha baby food, but not solids...or can I say she eats "solids"????)

Solids is anything not liquid so yes its baby food....dont worry about the silly 's we have all asked them at some stage.

thanks - i guess i wondered since the food I feed dd is hardly *solid* if you know what i mean.....so I never knew if moms who posted their kids were on solids were eating more "table food"/adult food or still baby food....hope that makes sense!

It can be confusing b/c baby foods are not physically solids. I consider anything that a child/adult would eat that has been pureed (like baby food) to be a solid.

Anything that is not liquid I consider a solid. When I refer to "adult" food that my DD eats I call it table food. Hope that clears things up.
