Westbury BRU has the Tour Duo and tested it out. To me it looks like the same stroller even the length except it is heavier and the handles bars are different. Overall I wasn't crazy about it.

the quattro duoble is stadium seating whereas the duoglider is no. The quattro tour is also slightly heavier....
you can get the stats at the Graco website (I think it's www.graco-baby.com)
