During the 2 WW.....
What do you do? Any tips, or things that may help implanting? I read a ton of stuff online, but would love to hear what you ladies who were successful may have done, whether it be food, exercise, acupuncture, etc... Thanks! We are coming down to the last leg of our journey and will be doing our final IVF this Summer. I would like to try everything I can do, so I have no regrets.

Re: During the 2 WW.....
These things may or may not have helped when I did have implantation. Unfortunately, it ended in M/C; but none of that obviously had nothing to do with what I did.
* Day of ET, I took off from work and basically laid on the couch for 3 days; watching re-runs of Three's Company; and anything I found funny. Stand Up Comedy shows, etc. * I ate Brazil Nuts (3/day) * I did do Accupuncture * Day of ET, I did eat a McDonalds Hamburger since I read so much about it.
I did eat the Pineapple Core but to be honest; it was probably a waste but it still can't hurt. It never worked for me any other time.
Lotsa luck to you!!

I've read how the "grease" helps the implantation. True or not? Have no idea; but it can't hurt to eat one anyway.
Also, ask your RE to use Embryo Glue. Most use it; but some don't unless you ask. So make sure you ask that its to be used day of ET.

I would say try and be as stress free/relaxed as possible. I would start acupuncture now vs wait. The longer you do it the better success you can have with it. There are no treatments during the 2ww. I would take your vitamins, cut out caffeine now and not exercise other than light walking. I would talk to your RE and see what they recommend as well. Good luck

During the 2 WW.....
I are hot foods leading up to transfer and up until I went for my beta. I ate soups, salmon, spinach, oatmeal, and drank peppermint tea and room temp water. Both cycles that I conceived that is what I did post transfer. I also kept my legs elevated the first couple of days while laying in bed (at bedtime).
No exercise.
