DVD problem--HELP!!!
My friend's birthday is next week, I ordered him a DVD copy of an old basketball game where his favorite player scored a record number of points. I just got the DVD today, and it works up till chapter 7 and then it just jumps and freezes and you can't hear anything... is there any way to fix this?
HELP!!! :( I was so excited that I could find this stupid thing and now the part that he wants to see is unwatchable!!!

either your machine may be dirty or the DVD may be messed up. I'd contact whomever you bought it from.
