Ear Drops for the plane
We are leaving for FL next week. I was just told by 2 people I should get DS the eardrops for the plane. I never heard of them before. Any advise/info?

not sure about the ear drops. but im flying for the first time with my dc this august and my doctor recomended "Earplanes" for the kids. You can get them anywhere online and in drugstores. they sort of screw into the ears and helps with the pressure. Image Attachment(s):

The earplanes do work!! I use them myself. I will pick them up for DS not sure if he will keep them in his ears. I just called my Dr. and they never heard of any drops. They recommended Benadryl and a pacifier/bottle.

We just flew to and from FL and I nursed DD on take-off and while we descended. She didn't even utter a whimper. She was happy for the entire time she flew.
I've never heard of ear drops and wouldn't want to introduce something new if it wasn't necessary.
I sip water during take off and landing and the swallowing alleviates the pressure for me.
