early childhood education...

has anyone done this program at scc? would you recommend it?

When I first went back to school, this was the program I entered. SCC has a wonderful early childhood program (at least it did 10 years ago when I attended). I eventually transferred to a 4 year school to earn my teaching degree. Even now after completing graduate school, I am still impressed with the education that I received at Suffolk. It gave me such a strong base knowledge of early childhood development. It was a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly how often I did placements in schools/centers. I do know that it was not anything overwhelming. I am thinking it was probably a couple of times a week. Good luck!
