Early work hours
Does anyone know of businesses / organizations with early work hours? Preferably 7am -3pm but even 8am -4pm.
I'm asking for a friend who is trying to figure out childcare. Most jobs seem to be 9-5.

NSLIJ health system.
But I'm gonna be honest....you really have to know someone to get in.
It also is a process with HR to put it mildly.
IMHO just applying online is a waste

Construction sites generally work 7:00-3:30. For the summer, mine is doing 6:00-2:30. It's great.

I work for a construction company. The jobsites work 7-3 (union Hrs). But our main office is 8-5.
I work out a schedule with my boss. Many companies these days will work with you on schedules.

my cousin works for a developer of communities on LI.. her hours are 7-3 I believe.

I work at AHRC Nassau- they have good hours. i am a clinical staff so i make my own hours. i do a 6-2 on Fridays during summer just to have my me time! :)
