Easiest and tastiest dinner last night

My mom made the BEST chicken last night and it was SO easy. EVen my super picky eater kids CLEARED their plates.

She mixed 1/2 cup each of:
Mayo
Sour Cream
Parmesan Cheese (grated)

She laid out chicken breasts/cutlets across a baking dish.

Poured the mixture over them and baked in the oven for 25 mins at 350*

Holy sh!t, it was DELICIOUS!!! We had asparagus on the side and I just was dipping it in the baked mix on the bottom of the baking pan. Literally took, 2 mins of prep time.

This is going to be my easy dinner from now on.

ooooh, the breadcrumbs are a GREAT idea! I think the recipe called for plain greek yogurt, but she didnt have any and used sour cream instead.

Thin or thick cutlets? I'm assuming thin since you said 25mins on 350.

Me too! I use to make it all the time when I was pregnant with DD. Haven't had it since though.
