easiest chicken for tacos/enchiladas
OMG this is the easiest and yummiest recipe. It's like shredded (spicyish)chicken. I put it in flour tortillas to make soft tacos or make taco salad w/ it.
all you do is put chicken cutlets in a pot and add a can of enchilada sauce. I cook it for a while on med low heat until completely cooked. Then I add taco seasoning ( I add about 1/2 a packet) Then continue to cook for a little bit, you may need to add a little water. Shred the chicken w/ a fork and you're done! really good!
