Easter Ham.. How big!!
I know it's early but Im having 12 people for Easter. How many lbs should I get?? thanks

I think the rule is usually 1/2 lb per person. But that can also depend depending on what else you are serving with it.
I am having 10 people for Easter people and I will probably buy a 6 lb. ham...ham is always good as leftovers anyway.

I think 1/2 pound or less per person, depending on how many sides. You could get away with 1/4 or 1/3. Also depends on if you want to have leftovers.
The ham really doesn't shrink when you cook it, so you get a lot of meat out of it as opposed to say a turkey or chicken that also has the bones.
