Easy and delicious dessert
I made this Sunday and it was a hit.
1 Entermans butter pound loaf.
1 container of frozen strawberries w/ sugar.
1 container of Cool Whip.
Slice the cake in half (try making top half smaller the bottom). Place a layer of defrosted strawberries, a layer of cool whip, then another layer of strawberries on the bottom 1/2 of cake. Place top of cake back on. Serve Cool Whip on side.

There is a recipe for this in a Rachel Ray Magazine I just bought. In themagazine, it suggests grilling the butter loaf to heat it up.
It sounded good too.
