easy dinner product RAVE
I'm posting this here, well- becaus ei only care about you ladies. Also because I know how much I hate cooking. Especially lately. So I'm in the supermarket on Sunday, unsure whether to buy beef or chicken. Well, they'r eout of both., So i picked up one of those packages of the Shadybrook Farms Turkey breasts. UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And it's all marinated and junk- so I just threw it in my Le Creuset in the oven for 60 minutes. So good. And so much- I just finished the leftovers with my lunch. Mmm.

Re: easy dinner product RAVE
it's an enameled cast iron pot...
those pots rule... the heavy lid keeps in all the moisture and meat comes out so tender and yummy
thanks for the turkey tip

You better get to Home Goods girl- Le Creuset is the #1 piece in my kitchen. Drop names, not bombs.

Love. I love it. I may run away with it. It also cleans up so easily. I make meatloaf in it. Sometimes I eat my ice cream out of it, just to get some extra face time.

The lid is the key. the knob is made of something non plastic- in it goes. Def check home goods- they are so much cheaper there.

Re: easy dinner product RAVE
they also make a 'buffet' version, which is like a wide/deep frying pan with a lid....
That thing is sooo perfect for making curries and other thick sauce 1-pot dishes.....
Def go to homegoods, but make sure the enamel isn't chipped before you buy

i actually bought mine from the le creuset outlet in riverhead. it's chipped a tiny bit at the top (on the edge), but the lid covers it and it hasn't affected the cooking at all. plus, i got it at a discount. it's the best investment i've made so far

I make an AWESOME yellow curry chicken. Now I have to buy this Creuset thingy. It will only make my curry irresistable.
