Easy healthy recipes?

Any suggestions? Now that I'm back to work after maternity leave, there's no time to cook (not that I ever spent a lot of time in the kitchen) and I hate that we rotate the same few meals.

This is what we usually do weekly:
Grilled chicken on salad (destroyed with blue cheese dressing)

Chili Beef Tacos (a WW recipe we destroy with cheese & sour cream)

Steak on the BBQ

Burgers & Fries

What can we do that's healthy and maybe even something I can prepare a head of time? I know I can do zitis and pasta dishes ahead of time but that's not that diet friendly.

Do you like fish? You can do it on the bbq or in a frying pan.

You don't have to skip the pasta, maybe just swap a few things to make it healthier...try low sugar/sodium sauce, low fat cheese and whole wheat pasta. Same for the tacos...low fat cheese & ground turkey meat. I'm a fan of the turkey hot dog's and they are only 45 calories each!
Veggie burgers are great too and most are under 100 calories.

Crockpot, just dump in and go, you come home and dinner is cooking for you. HTHChat Icon

YEP! I don't even work, but with the baby it's cooking and I don't need to worry about doing it if she does not nap when I need her too, or if my DH does not get home at a specific time.

I also make sauce so I have make pasta with lots of veggies, raviolis, pizza, etc.
