Easy Recipes
I just restarted on WW and am also starting my busy season at work so I don't have a lot of time to cook. I'm looking to share easy healthy recipes. Last week I made WW Spring Vegetable Barley Risotto (link) and it was really easy and delicious! Next time I will probably add even more veggies to make it more filling, but I figured I'd share the recommendation. Anyone else have anything healthy and easy?

Re: Easy Recipes
i usually do grilled chicken wraps. Make two pieces of chicken a night (one for lunch at work and the other for the next day's dinner). I add veggies like peppers, mushrooms. Avocado is my life saver! Sometimes I do a little cheese. Or you could do chicken stirfry with veggies - add a little soy sauce. Also I try to add my breads/carbs for lunch and avoid them for dinner.

I found easy/quiet dinner suggestions in a book called gold metal fitness by Dara Torres. One we like is Lentil tacos/wraps (whole wheat) with lentils and salsa. You can add anything else that is healthy to it, lettuce etc...quick and tasty. But we would use the small wraps/soft tacos.
