I feel like I am ALWAYS hungry!!
.. and it's not like I'll just be hungry.. I'll go from fine to famished in a matter of 15 mins!!

mine has slowed down a little bit this week! Thank god...i could barely keep up with all the snacks and food i had to bring to work for the day

It finally calmed down for me this week! Up until week 15, I just wanted to eat NONSTOP. The m/s helped keep the weight down, actually. But in the past week, I haven't been nearly as hungry.
I said to DH earlier that I keep wondering if I'm still pregnant since I feel like my symptoms are disappearing... then I let out a HUGE burp (which I NEVER used to do before I got PG) and he laughed and said "you're still pregnant, silly."
