Ebates - today
Today on Ebates, a lot of stores have 15% cash back (I guess because it's "Prime Day")
Some that I will probably take advantage of:
Macys - 15%
Ulta - 15%
It Cosmetics - 15%
Shoes.com - 20%

Ebates - today
Old navy is 8%. Everything is an extra 50% off at checkout and free shipping on all orders.

I just went on the Ulta site and it's 4% right now.
It's also showing 4% directly on the ebates site....

When I go on ebates it shows 15%. And it shows that too (15%) when I click on our link. Maybe try signing out and then going back in? Strange!
Did you update your ebates page to the new Rakuten page? It asked me to do that when I went on ebates this morning

I have no idea why.

Just tried and ulta came up 15% for me. My platform changed (icon) to the new name. Maybe yours didn't update?

Definitely make sure you changed to Rakuten - maybe that's the reason?

It changed automatically when I went to the ebates website- it says Rakuten now.
