Ebay Problem
So what do I do now? Someone bid on an item and they were the only bidder for $3.49. She emails me and says she no longer needs the item but I don't want to be stuck with the fees. How do I handle this?

Re: Ebay Problem
You can submit the claim and terminate the transaction and ebay will reimburse your listing fees

Thanks. From how I am reading it, it seems that I will only get credit for the final value fee so I want to buyer to pay my 70 cents listing fee. I emailed that to her.
