ebay question
I bid on and won a pair of Uggs on ebay yesterday. I was going to pay this morning, but the seller had emailed me and said that when they were packing up my uggs, they noticed that they are flawed, so dont pay just yet. They said that they have a pair of Ultra Uggs in the size and color that I wanted. The seller said that they are generally $40 more, but they would give them to me for the same price.
My question is- if I dont like the style of the uggs they are offering, do I have to accept them? If I dont- do I leave feedback?? Thanks!!!

Re: ebay question
it depends on their return policy.
if there are not a final sale, you can return them and eventhough, the product wasn't what you wanted you can still leave feedback.

Re: ebay question
I do not think you have to accept them..you should email the seller and thank them for their honesty, and just let them know they are not what you are looking for...if it works out in a positive way leave a positive feedback..HTH, and good luck...

Re: ebay question
Can you ask for Pictures first?
This is what you have to ask the seller these questions, see what they say. They get to decide.

Re: ebay question
No, you don't have to accept them. They are offering you a new product, different than the one you agreed to purchase. It is your decision whether to accept the new offer or not. It's a different story if you purchase them then decide you don't like them. At that point, you've already "accepted" them by purchasing them.
