Ebay-Shipped wrong item now what??
I'm not really familiar with ebay all that much, but we bought a car charger for my mom for her GPS, since she lost hers. Needless to say it came in and it doesn't fit. I contacted the seller several days ago and he never responded. When I look at the item I ordered it CLEARLY says its for that item.
In one month he has 4609 positive feedbacks, and 52 negative (including mine) All of which complain about the same thing-wrong part, and no response to email 
Do I just let it go now and order from someone else, and I'm just out the $ or is there something else I can do?? With shipping costs it was about $8.

not sure how, but there is a way to file a claim through paypal to receive a refund.

did u pay through pay pal? i think there is a way to dispute the purchase if you did...

yes I did.
there is def a way to dispute a purchase to get a refund through paypal... try searching around on the pay pal site!!

Def. dispute it! Especially since there are several other ppl with teh same problem. And him not contacting you back is not a good thing.

I feel lijke its silly to fight for $8, but he has done this 52 in one month! and Its notreally about the money, its the fact that its not fair!! and he sells so many items, its insane! what would it be for him to correct his orders!
