I have no idea if it's medically possible, but I think if I have too much caffeine during the day , it's harder to get Dd to sleep at night...I try to have decaf unless my day will be really busy...and I try not to drink soda in general, but sometimes I really crave a Pepsi!

I only allow myself every few days something with caffeine in it and I never really notice a difference when I do have it.

I have regular coffee every morning and that is usually it for the day. I will sometimes have a cup if Decaf later in the day. I don't think it affects my LOs sleep. If you are consuming a lot of caffeine throughout the day then it may be affecting the sleep.

I noticed it today. Very unusually for me, I had two cups of coffee at noon. DD hasn't slept since, and it's almost 7 PM. She's a wreck. No more coffee for me for a while; I can't go through another day like this!
