Eczema/Aveeno products
So I looked around here and found that alot of you use Aveeno products for DC with ezcema. Can you tell me exactly which ones? I just got Aveeno Baby Wash & Shampoo - Lighty Scented gentle cleansing for hair & body. I wanted one thing for both. I also got the Aveeno baby frangrance free daily moisture lotion. I use Aquaphor but want to use this stuff daily and load up on the aquaphor at night. TIA

Aveeno has a creamy wash which is what we use for DD. Aside from that we have the Aveeno lotions as well. Our ped has given us prescription lotion (atopiclair) it is non steroid along with a steroid medication for the eczema when it gets bad.

I also use the Hydrocortisone Cream they make for her really bad patches of exzema. It usually clears them up within 2 days, but you cant use too much of it...

Re: Eczema/Aveeno products
I just started using the Aveeno oatmeal baths along with the moisturing lotion and have been pleased with the results. When her eczema flares up I have found putting diaper rash ointment on it really helps. It's a nice alternative to the steriod creams.
