Eden Resort-Lancaster....review!
Just got home from Lancaster last night!
We stayed at the Eden Resort (it was our 4th time staying there!)
This year we got a 2 bedroom villa with my SIL, BIL and nephew. It was great. LR, kitchen, dining room table, bathroom, washer and dryer downstairs and 2 big bedrooms upstairs each with their own bath. One bedroom had 1 king bed and the other had 2 queens. We stayed in the one with 2 queens. My sis met us there with my nephew one night and the room was so big we easily fit 3 PNP's.
The new water zone for the kids was a huge hit!! It is not huge, but more than enough for younger kids!!! We had a 4yr old, 3 1/2 yr old, 2 19mth old and an 11 month old with us and they all loved it. There are 2 small wading pools....one is very shallow, about 6 inches with a few spots where water squirts up and my little ones loved it.
The other one is a little deeper...maybe a foot with a waterfall type thing in the middle. The wading pools are on either side and in the middle are a few things that spray water and stuff. The older ones loved running though them!! We didn't have great weather but we still spent 2 hrs there each day.
The outdoor pool is heated to 80 degrees which is nice so the kids are not freezing.
You can order food/drinks to the pool area which is nice if you spend a lot of time out there.
The playground is nice, but def for older kids. My little ones wanted to play on it, but it was a little hard for them. My DS LOVED it!
My DH and BIL played bocce ball, there is also a little putting green and ping pong and basketball.
We ended up going out on sunday b/c it was raining but if the weather was nice we would have spent the entire day there!
