EDIT-Head aches anyone
Sorry, I meant to put this on the Pregnancy board. But now that I think of it, you ladies can help answer this too. I am in my 2nd Trimester and have been getting head aches. Is there anything that I can do to make them go away with out taking any meds? Thanks for the help.

I think it depends on what the headache is caused by. Sometimes warm or cold compresses help.

I had headaches through my 1st & 2nd trimester - and finally figured out what it was ...for me it was lack of sleep! Once I started going to sleep earlier or taking a nap on weekends and drinking more water they went away.
