taxes seem higher than average for the neighborhood. not exactly sure why.

I know exactly where these two are. My cousin lives in that area as welll. Her house looked just like these before she renovated the entire thing and added onto it. So pretty over there!

WE have friends in the area and I keep telling my DH it's not too far into Suffolk, but he won't budge. He wants to stay in north shore Nassau because he works in north Queens.

So funny you posted these homes. A good friend of mine is seriously considering the house on Hastings (as well as another on Hastings that been on the market longer and is a little cheaper). Great area.

I wouldn't
I think the main goal of that is so that the home will come up when someone searches the lower price range?
Otherwise, I am not a fan of it either.
