edited for clarification: if dh wears "carpenter"-style jeans...
can you recommend what kind he wears? dh wants to replace all of his and asked for new ones for xmas, but all of his are gap worker jeans... i don't see that style listed on their webiste. i'm thinking THAT'S how long it's been since he bought new jeans help! tia

I get DH's jeans at Lucky and American Eagle. He refuses to try any other jeans because he says "Why mess with what works?"

Dh only wears carpenter jeans for work...I get them at Walmart. They're cheap and they're just going to get dirty.
Regular jeans- Levis at Kohls or Macys- whoever has the better sale.

hmm, i kind of meant - what style as opposed to where to buy, persay. like american eagle or old navy or levi's etc all have a bunch of different styles. that's more what i'm looking for, bc i will be shopping without him, so i can't have him try them on. the "worker" jeans from gap fit him well - he's a big guy, 6'1" about 220, so i was looking for something comparable to those since they aren't offered anymore. they are a carpenter type of jean. so what style of levi's or old navy etc does your SO wear?

My hubby gets his work jeans "carpenter style" from work gear. I think they are in Elmont.

My DH wears the painter style jeans from Old Navy (and they will be on sale Black Fridya weekend for $15) and they are the only jeans he wears. He's a tall guy (6' 5") and these are the ones he wears to work, etc.

I have no idea what kind. I always just look for the ones with extra pockets and the little hammer hanging thing. lol!
