Egg-allergy moms....
If your DC has an egg allergy, what did you do about their first birthday cake?
I have about 2.5 months before his birthday and I'm stressing about this already.

I bought the cake mix from cherrybrook kitchen. They also have a pancake mix that I bought, but have not tried yet.

I actually didn't know then, and somehow the cake didn't affect him. Strange, I know. Anyway, if you are making a cake, then you can get egg replacer and use instead of eggs. If you are going to buy a cake, ask for a vegan cake. Lots of bakeries will be able to do that for you!
