I'm really confused by Portia's shirt. It is torn? Was it designed that way? If it was done on purpose, why is she wearing it with that jacket? I feel like I have so many questions about the outfit. The bag and the shoes, argh. This whole outfit makes me upset for some reason and I really don't care what people wear most of the time too.

OMG - I was staring at Portia's outfit so intensely that my boss asked if I was ok. I had to think quick and say -'yeah, payroll is so complex today, just making sure I'm doing it right'. 
FYI - I was done with payroll at 9:00 a.m.

I think ti is one of those shirts that has a tie/bow on the side and it came undone.
