Embarassing question to ask about low rise...
Heres the thing -
Before I was pregnant, I only wore low rise
Now that the baby totally changed my body, although I can fit into the majority of my jeans, my a s s now spills out of my low rise jeans
i have tries tight belts to keep my a s s in check, and it works to a point
Any suggestions besides "throw them away, fat a s s?"
I am wearing them with longer shirts - but you know the deal - I get down on the floor to do something with the baby, and its plumbersville for me
In all fairness, I still could stand to lose another 10 lbs or so, so maybe that is 10 lbs worth of butt....

I used to wear them all the time too, but I have gained some weight and now I find that it's not so much that they don't fit, but that I'm so self aware that I'm ALWAYS tugging at them. If I do wear them it's with longer shirts and my full cut briefs so that when they do slip down something tis there to keep me covered. Hope that helps

Yup - guess that will have to do until I have a butt-ectomy...

Honestly I would hang on to them for a while but not wear them. DS is not even 1 yet and your body will still change. I don't like seeing somebody's crack. I find it disrespectful/gross. If you know you are showing, then it's not good. That means other people see it too.
Don't worry! Soon it will be all good!

Re: Embarassing question to ask about low rise...
I was shopping with my friend the other day and when she bent over her better half was smiling at me. I was because all of Williams Sonoma got a show and in the words of wise woman Crack is Wack!!!
I am 25 going on 90 so I hate anything low rise. If I wear anything low rise I always tuck in a wife beater tank. The mens ones are much cheaper and are usaully longer. And if you ever get arrested and are on Cops it's nice to be prepared and know you will be filmed wearing a wife beater.

Re: Embarassing question to ask about low rise...
I always wore low rise jeans too. When I was almost 9 months PP, I asked my dh for a nice pair of jeans (low rise). These are my dressy-going out jeans. I have to say, I'm comfy wearing them, with low rise underware, but I have to wear a longer shirt because I'm self conscious about my tummy and well as my crack hanging out. I'd give it more time. Just don't go for the mom jeans...because then you're really in trouble...

Re: Embarassing question to ask about low rise...
Ok I am totally going to give you guys TMI but I wear these things that are like girdles underneath. They are just like spanks, shapewear is what a lot of website and stores call it.
I am a curvy girl, I would not say fat. But when I wear those jeans it hits me right at the wrong spot and its looks like I have a rolll.
These girdles/shapewear smooth everything out so the roll is not there. Its much more comfortable too. I got one at Target (I think for less them $20), and one on HSN.com (Dr Rey's shapewear). I also wear them under dresses for weddings. They are my secret weapon.
