Anybody have it? What do you think of it? Is it oven safe?

I have a couple that I use daily.
I'm in the process of switching to Todd English GreenPan with Thermolon. Oven safe up the 850 degrees and they don't have any PFOA or PTFE in them...

Re: Emerilware stainless steel cookware
I'm confused I don't have these pots.... but what isn't oven proof about them? Plastic handles? nonstick?
I never trust any company that says the plastic handles can go into the oven... I'm always susupecting the oven may run hot and destroy them. I own 100% metal pots (a european pot company very similar to allclad). I'd rather keep a potholder on hand for moving them on the stove

Re: Emerilware stainless steel cookware
DH an I got a set of them as a wedding gift. we haven't opened the box yet, but we use the Emeril omelet pan quite often and like it a lot. these pots and pans CAN go in the oven and they're also made my All Clad.

Re: Emerilware stainless steel cookware
DH's friend and former partner manufactures Emerilware over in China. It's made by All-Clad, but not the same quality as All-Clad manufactured here in the states. And yes, it's oven safe.
DH is in the cookware business (manufacturing & wholesale) among other tabletop items. If you have any questions...ask away.

Hey Chatham-Chick,
Ask DH if he knows anything about Todd English GreenPan with Thermolon. I ordered just one pan so I can check them out before I buy more. But it's on backorder....

Sure! Can he recomend a good set of pots and pans that won't break the bank? I had Anolon, but the pans are all scraped up and I need new. Thinking of switching to stainless.
