EMG/NCS tests
Has anyone had these tests done?
Just wondering what I can expect.

there are 2 kinds of emg's, i've had both.
surface: just electrodes placed on the skin with brief bursts of electricity pulses. not too bad.
needle: small needle inserted into different muscles with an electric impulse through them. i have to say this was NOT a favorite test of mine, however its very quick. whatever muscle they are testing will fire and you get a motor response.
