Empire Plan and injectables
If you have Empire Plan, did you have to go through that Pharmacare pharmacy or was it covered in a regular pharmacy?
TIA! :)

Re: Empire Plan and injectables
It totally depends on which Empire. We had "the bad" Empire and had to order injectibles through Freedom Pharmacy and even that was $$$$. Now we have Empire/ United Healthcare and it was much less expensive for all the drugs for an IVF cycle.
ETA: Call your insurance company and ask them, don't rely on what you Dr. says because they may not have all the info.

Re: Empire Plan and injectables
Is Pharma care their mail order? That is the only way to order 90 day supplies with my ins. co. It was the same price for a 30 day from Eckerd as it was for 90 days from mail order.

Re: Empire Plan and injectables
It will be a lot cheaper to get a 90 day supply from Pharmacare than a 30 day from a local pharm. Call them and find out. my mail order was the same price for 30 or 90
