End of the year gifts for daycare?
There are two teachers in Alex's class - one is the more senior, the other is the assistant. How much is an appropriate gift? Alex moves out of the class next week

Re: End of the year gifts for daycare?
Whenever my girls moved up, I would just bring in donuts or bagels or something.
At holiday time, that's when I would give $. For instance, last year, Delaney was in two classes so I ended up giving all the teachers she had throughout the year $25. each.

OMG I hadn't even considered doing something for the teachers. Too much going on! I will probably do breakfast, I'm sure they would like that.

That's exactly what the class is doing, but the parent who is organizing it asked for a donation from each set of parents, and I"m not too sure how much to contribute.
