Endo ladies
Did you see the new supplement Dr. Braverman released for women TTC with endo? I love the ingredients but Jesus! $135 for a 1 month supply?! Anyone use it and see its benefit first hand?

The label shows the ingredients, I wonder if one can bring a pic of the label to a vitamin shop and just take the supplements individually..has to be less expensive than $135!

Re: Endo ladies
I saw that too, I feel like by the time I bought everything individually it is worth it. Even if it turned out the be a touch more it seems so much more convienent.

Re: Endo ladies
turmeric is supposed to be the cure all for inflammation in the body,
and coQ10 is what is for the mitochondria support. Im on 600mg of it now per my RE. (the ubinquione format which converts into ubiquinol). there are studies that show even in a short amount of time (when tested on mice) the older mice produced eggs of younger mice quality. It supports cell function in the whole body.
I wonder what the other 2 ingredients are for or support.

Re: Endo ladies
When I was TTC, I took pure fish oil, melatonin, Ubiquanol and pycnogenol along with a whole food prenatal. I never thought of tumeric, although there are huge studies showing tumeric as very good for the body. The Ubiquanol seems a bit low in this supplement but maybe it has to be in conjunction with the other things? Interesting to see how well this supplement does. Dr. B def knows his stuff about endo and the inflammatory levels in the body.

I think from what I remember, ubinquol is the more potent form of Coq10. Ubinoine is the more readily available one, sold in higher doses. Our bodies convert one form to another. So I suspect thats why the Ubiquinol form is lower milligrams.
my RE told me it didnt matter which form I took it in though.

it sure it, I get the one from vitacost. It is however more expensive that the just the Coq10. I believe I pay about $39 for a bottle.

Re: Endo ladies
I don't remember exactly what Dr. T said but he said Ubiquanol is a better form on coq10 but a lot more expensive. I love VitaCost! I live on that site!

Re: Endo ladies
I purchased it and have been taking it for a little over a week now.. It is pricey, but I think if you bought everything separately it would be more expensive
