Endometrin ladies please come in!

Hi everyone, I don't post too often but I have a question. To give some background, my husband and I have been undergoing treatments for 2 years :(. I have not been dealing with it well. We have 3 IUI's and one IVF all unsuccessful under our belt. That was at a previous clinic. Well recently, we changed doctors and we are very happy with the new RE. So, yesterday we did our technically 4th IUI, but first with the dr. And first with Clomid, Ovidrel and now I'm on endometrin. The IUI went perfectly. This is where my questions is:

This is my first time on endometrin, and im not sure if im doing it right. Sorry tmi, but are you supposed to see it after inserted? Or should it not be visible? Also, what about using the bathroom (both ways) after insertion? Is it ok to pee before it melts all the way?! Thank you!!! I have just done if for the second time, so I want to correct any mistakes now so I can continue it correctly. Thank you!!

It should be inserted as far as is comfortable (think about how you insert a tampon). You should not see the insert once you remove the plunger. If inserted properly, using the bathroom is a non-issue.

Agree with the above poster. When I first started using it, I didn't insert it far enough and it was very uncomfortable. I now really get it up there (sorry TMI), to the point when I am inserting the applicator, you can hardly see the applicator. Also, you should use a panty liner or pad to prevent ruining your undies. As it melts, it comes out as a thick, white paste. If its up there far enough, you can go #1 and #2 without a problem!

Thank you for your responses! So far i have noticed they have been dissolving normally, and I did have to pee and didnt seem to have any issues, also it never has fallen out so I think I'm doing it right!!
