Endometriomas
A good friend of mine is starting IVF soon. She lost most of one of her ovaries due to huge endometriomas. She just had a scan and they are reforming on both ovaries again! Anyone know why so fast (surgery was just last year) and would IVF be impacted from them? She’s refusing to remove any more in fear she will lose more ovarian tissue.

Endometriomas
I have them. I would not recommend her to have them removed. Every time you touch your ovaries you do some damage and it can make things worse. I was going to do IVF with them. For other reasons we did not move ahead but my dr was ok with it.
