enfamil gentle ease vs. good start
any experience w/ both of these formulas? right now DS is on good start (formerly on similac) he is doing better but not 100%. I was thinking of changing to gentle ease. plus I don't like that his poop is green on the good start. any thoughts?

Emma had green poop and really bad gas on Good Start. I put her back on regular Enfamil and she was fine. I would switch.

I'd call your ped and ask them what you should to.
Not a flame, but I am really surprised that everyone just switches formula. I called my ped and he suggested Gentlease

Kayla is on the enfamil gentle ease and has done really well with it. We switched when she was about 3 weeks old. She was very fussy and gassy on regular enfamil.

We switched Rylan to Good Start a long time ago. I found it worked best for him. His poops have always been green...it's a very common color for baby poopies!!
ETA...we tried Gentlease also but he refused to drink it.

We switched to gentlease. We stuck with the enfamil since he was on that to begin with. We had no issues, helped a lot for us.

We tried the Gentlease but DD did better on Similac Sensitive.

I called my ped who told me to switch formulas. I asked him what his suggestion was, and he said good start. but several people have told me that enfamil gentle ease is better. I will call my PED to see what they say, but they seem very nonchalant about formula changes. Just wanted everyone's opinion.

same here...my ped put DD on gentlease. It worked great for her!
