Engagement gift ideas
My Goddaughter got engaged and the engagement party is at the end of August. I would like to get them something very special, but have no idea what lol. Any ideas?

Totally not their style lol. Very low key, not into names, labels etc at all.

I would gift a $ gift and a smaller side gift. If they celebrate , Maybe a Christmas ornament that has their names and date of the engagement (I received a few of these as engagement gifts even tho we were engaged in April. I loved them) or coffee mugs/water bottles/soon to be mr & mrs stuff. Take a look on Etsy. So many things there

Mr & Mrs luggage tags and passport covers
a couples massage gift card
gift certificates for dinners out
a really great monogrammed cutting board
a couples cooking class
toasting flutes and a bottle of champagne

I’m not into names either but man the Tiffany candlesticks that my cousin got us and the baccarat vase my aunt got us are gorgeous lol
I only know the names cuz they were printed on the box
Don’t throw stuff at me
Everything else is from home goods

I got a few kate spade pieces that I loved. It was a net of napkin rings, champagne flutes, and a vase. I know alot of my friends register for kate spade decor on their macy's registries, so I would go there and look into some of that stuff. They have really cute picture frame sets too

If they celebrate Christmas a gift that has gone over big in my circle is a set of beautiful or special Christmas ornaments or a really nice Manger. Something different, yet practical and special that most people don't think of .

We got Waterford toasting flutes. Totally not our style but they are beautiful. We used them at the wedding and we also use them every year on our anniversary (16 years and counting)!
